Qué datos tratamos
Este sitio no tiene formularios ni cuentas de usuario. Solo tratamos los datos que nos envías por correo electrónico (tu nombre, tu dirección de correo y lo que incluyas en el mensaje) y, si trabajamos juntos, los datos necesarios para la relación comercial y la facturación.
Para qué y con qué base legal
- Responder a tus mensajes: aplicación de medidas precontractuales a petición tuya y nuestro interés legítimo en atender las consultas que recibimos (art. 6.1.b y 6.1.f del RGPD).
- Prestar los servicios contratados y facturarlos: ejecución del contrato y cumplimiento de obligaciones legales, como las fiscales (art. 6.1.b y 6.1.c del RGPD).
Cuánto tiempo los conservamos
Los mensajes, el tiempo necesario para atender la consulta. Los datos de clientes, mientras dure la relación y, después, durante los plazos que exige la ley, como la normativa fiscal.

What data we process
This site has no forms and no user accounts. We only process the data you send us by email (your name, your email address and whatever you include in the message) and, if we work together, the data needed for the business relationship and invoicing.
Why, and on what legal basis
- Replying to your messages: steps taken at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering the enquiries we receive (GDPR art. 6.1.b and 6.1.f).
- Providing and invoicing the services you hire: performance of the contract and compliance with legal obligations, such as tax law (GDPR art. 6.1.b and 6.1.c).
How long we keep it
Messages, for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry. Client data, for as long as the relationship lasts and then for the periods required by law, such as tax rules.
